Gerry Roberts, Marketing Director
Gerry has over 15 years experience in sales and marketing, initially in travel and more recently in the sphere of politics. He has led large sales teams to great success, regularly exceeding the sales budgets that were set; something he puts down to the regular one-to-one coaching and mentoring he carried out.
From 2001 to 2006, Gerry was a leading member of New Labour's Commercial Marketing and Business Liaison Unit, where he worked with a number of prestigious clients, including the BBC and the Independent Newspaper.
Gerry also runs his own marketing company, NewBlue marketing. Newblue handles marketing projects for environmental, ethical and 'third sector' businesses /organisations.
Gerry's approach centres on a belief that companies have an obligation to manage and improve the impact their operations impose on the local economy and wider society. And, he believes, if this is carried out effectively and sensitively, organisations will benefit financially from the changes they make.
John Sellers, Managing Director
John is a successful business owner. Since 2001, he has overseen operations at Arc Consulting, a thriving recruitment company. Having negotiated the notoriously shark infested waters of recruitment, he is very aware that to be both successful and respected, businesses need to behave responsibly and ethically. It is this, and his belief in the importance of integrity and old-fashioned common decency, which has brought him to the world of Corporate Social Responsibility.
John has worked with some of the UK's largest companies including HSBC, AXA and Zurich Financial Services. His passions include cricket, rugby and music. He grew up in the heart of Sussex, one of England's greenest counties and we think, an ideal home for Arc Vision.
