• We will call you for an initial discussion, to ascertain your overall objectives and your expected outputs and outcomes
• We will subsequently agree a daily rate or an overall project rate
• We will suggest a consultant/s who matches your requirements, taking into account organisational/cultural fit, their experience and your budget
• We will provide an initial brief for our consultants and act as a liaison point between both yourselves and the consultant prior to the start of the project
• We will be available if you have any queries for the duration of the project
• We will be available for a post project appraisal
